Spotahome's opinion

There are both single- and double-bed room available to rent in this spacious 120 m², 5-bedroom apartment in the El Pla del Real district. The rooms vary in size but come fully furnished and with an individual room key. The eat-in kitchen is the main common area with plenty of cabinet space. Some rooms come with a private balcony, but all tenants also have access to the large terrace – perfect for enjoying Valencia's great weather.

El Pla del Real is known for being home to a large student population, as well as some of Valencia's most expensive homes. Not only is the apartment conveniently located near several univeristy campuses, but it is also a short walk from the city center. You have all you basic amenities within walking distance, but are also well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro. If you love football, be sure to hit the street on gameday or head to the Campo de Mestalla, less than a 10-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • We love the large terrace!
  • All the rooms have an individual room key, for added privacy.
  • Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom and balcony.
  • The apartment is ideal for students attending the Univeristat de Valencia.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 comes with 2 single beds. The landlord will remove the 3rd bed seen in the video.
  • There is no living room, but the large kitchen and terrace are spacious common areas.
  • Some of the rooms allow couples, you may share the apartment with up to 7 other people.

  • When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
