What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

My flat is well supplied to make you feel you are home away from home. It can host a maximum of two guests.It’s ideal for a couple or a solo guest. There’s a work space and very fast internet as well as a smart TV to cast your favourite shows when you are relaxing in the lounge.Towels and beddings are provided. There’s a sun umbrella you can take to the beach. The rooftop offers spectacular views of the city! It is shared by two more apartments but they seldom use it and I have provided chairs you can use to enjoy the wonderful Valencia sunsets with a chilled glass of wine. As for location, you are right in the centre of the old town! Walk everywhere , cycle or rent a scooter in one of the many nearby shops.
