What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Rusafa is a brilliant place to be when visiting Valencia. Walking distance to Colon’ the shopping street , the train station and the town hall squaré Rusafa boasts its own park and fresh market as well. Bars, restaurants , co working facilities ,yoga centers and gyms at your fingertips , just minutes away from my place. If you want to check out the beach, there are three bus stops just minutes away, as is the metro stop that takes you to the airport. Last but not least, Mercadona, Consum and DIa ( three major supermarkets) are two blocks from my flat.

This is an amazing 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer De Cadis, Valencia. It has a cool standing balcony with street views, lovely decor, and it's close to some of the best eateries in town.

We think this apartment is perfect for outgoing professionals. In L'Eixample you'll always be only a few blocks away from the trendiest hotspots.

What we liked the most

  • People-watching on the balcony – better with a cup of coffee.
  • Soaking up the decor – rustic chic.
  • Feasting at The Black Turtle – yum.

  • There's a washing machine but no dryer – no probs, just air dry your clothes on the balcony.
