Alojamiento ubicado en la tercera planta de nuestro edificio del barrio de Patraix. Cuenta con ascensor y rampa de acceso. El barrio es muy agradable y tranquilo, bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad y la periferia. Cuenta con una habitación con cama grande y armarios empotrados; baño con ducha y salón con gran ventanal, y sofá. La cocina tiene todo lo esencial, a excepción de horno (pero el microondas tiene función grill). Hay AACC por conductos y calefacción. Apartamento solo para adultos profesionales sin mascotas. No es posible empadronarse. Hay opción de alquilar plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio (coste extra). También conlleva un coste extra realizar el check-in fuera de horario laboral/fines de semana/festivos (siempre y cuando sea posible hacerlo).
