Cuenta con habitación de cama grande y armarios empotrados; baño con ducha y salón con gran ventanal, y sofá cama grande. La cocina tiene todo lo esencial, a excepción de horno (pero el microondas tiene función grill). Lavadora y lavavajillas incluidos. AACC por conductos y calefacción. El barrio de Patraix es muy agradable y bien comunicado. Si prefieres desplazarte en transporte público es muy fácil y si deseas ir caminando al centro de la ciudad, está a tan solo quince minutos. Apartamento solo para adultos profesionales (para una persona o para parejas). No es posible empadronarse ni alojarse con mascotas. Opción de alquilar plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio con coste extra. El check-in fuera de horario/fines de semana/festivos también conlleva un coste extra (siempre que sea posible).
