Modern 3-bedroom apartment for rent with 1 bathroom on Carrer de Planas in Quatre Carreres. This newly furnished property has a spacious living room with a comfy modular couch and a dining area, as well as a modern and well-equipped kitchen.
Located in Quatre Carreres, you will be right near the famous Ciutat de les Arts, a huge state-of-the-art science & art culture park, which also has an IMAX theater, a performing arts venue, and a musical concert hall - a triple whammy of modern Valencian culture. For day-to-day exploring, there are plenty of shops and easy access to public transport in the area.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has plenty of storage space and unique hardwood counters.
- The kitchen also comes with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a private washing machine.
- The couch in the living room directly faces the flat-screen TV, so you can easily enjoy your favorite shows.
- The apartment is within walking distance to many amenities, including many shops, a supermarket, a bank, gym, and plenty of eateries.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 bathroom between 3 bedrooms, but it is nice and modern, with a huge shower.
