The modern apartment is fully equipped with two double beds, mattresses, sheets, furniture and kitchenware, complete bathroom, equipped kitchen, balconies facing Calle Alta totally exterior and sunny and another balcony facing Calle Corredores. The apartment is totally exterior and sunny. The busy neighborhood of El Carme is an area of the old town where the Torres de Serranos and Torres de Quart are located, old medieval gates that were part of the city walls. Its alleys contain cafes, tapas bars, fashion boutiques and souvenir shops.
