Transportation

This apartment is in a prime location of Valencia with all modes of transportation only a short walking distance away. Nearby there are bus stops for bus lines 1, 2, 4 ,19, 30 and the night buses N8 and N9. The closest metro stop is Marítim - Serrería, which offers connections to lines 5 and 7. Conveniently enough, line 5 is the airport line. Marítim - Serrería also offers connections to Valencia's tram lines 6 and 8.

Neighborhood information

Poblats Maritims The district of Poblats Maritim houses the Port de València, the third-largest port in the Mediterranean, making the area a big business center. Nestled in this area is the El Cabanyal, one of Valencia’s most famous districts known for being a fishing village. The neighborhood has the added benefit of being right next to the port and the beach, referred to as “Port i Platja” (port and beach), where you will find beachside nightclubs and a number of places to enjoy paella (especially along Platja de les Arenes with La Pepica and La Marcelina). La Marcelina is also famous among tourists for being the restaurant that Hemingway enjoyed on his visit! The primary beaches in this neighborhood are La Malvarrosa, Les Arenes, and La Patacona - time to put on your swimsuit and take the advantage of living next to a beach!
