La propiedad consta de tres habitaciones bien equipadas, con ropa de cama y toallas. Una habitación es doble con un baño privado. Las otras dos habitaciones, son individuales con baño compartido. Zonas Comunes: Cómoda y luminosa sala de estar, cocina bien equipada, recibidor y un balcón común. El ambiente de esta propiedad es muy positivo y se sentirá más que bien en ella. Los gastos mensuales de luz, agua, internet y gas, son aparte y se pagan al propietario

This 3-bedroom apartment reserved for girls offers an area of 80 sqm. Located in the district of Poblats Maritims, it is in one of the most famous areas of Valencia. This area has the benefit of being next to the port and beach, making it a great location to find great markets, bars, and restaurants. The apartment offers 3 individual rooms for rent, each with an independent key and an interior patio view. The apartment is fully renovated and offers a large common area that is constantly illuminated and offers plenty of space to entertain guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and also comes with a microwave, sandwich maker, and coffee maker. This apartment is on the 4th floor which provides great views of the city from the balcony.

  • Each bedroom has its own independent key for added privacy.
  • The apartment is quite spacious and has a lot of natural light.
  • The living room area is large and provides access to a small balcony.
  • This apartment comes equipped with modern amenities such a a washing machine, oven, and television.

Nearby there are bus stops for bus lines 1, 2, 4 ,19, 30 and the night buses N8 and N9. The closest metro stop is Marítim - Serrería, which offers connections to lines 5 and 7. Conveniently enough, line 5 is the airport line. Marítim - Serrería also offers connections to Valencia's tram lines 6 and 8.
