This 70 m², 3-bedroom apartment in Cabanyal offers fully furnished rooms to rent on Carrer de l'Arquebisbe Company. The apartment is renovated and has new fittings and furnishings. It is well looked after, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large shared living space, and a large terrace, with views over the city.

Despite being situated in a mostly residential area, you can still find all the local amenities within a few minutes of the apartment. There are a few bars and restaurant nearby, increasing in density as you head toward the area's main attraction – Malvarrosa beach, which is less than 10-minutes' walk from the door!

What we liked the most

  • We love the huge shower, with a rain-style shower head. Once you get in, you won't want to leave!
  • You will have a big terrace, perfect for meals together on sunny summer evenings.
  • Living so close to the beach – it's the dream, isn't it?
  • Although the immediate area is more residential, you can find all the shopping, bars, and restaurants you could desire just a few minute's walk south, towards Carrer del Mediterrani.
