This 6-bedroom apartment has individual rooms to rent and 2 shared bathrooms. The large 200 m² property is equipped with AC, gas heating, and offers a lovely open plan kitchen and living area.
The apartment is located on a quiet residential area that is well connected by public transport. The University of Valencia is a 20-minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride away.
Room description
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a very large built-in wardrobe. This room receives a lot of natural light opening out onto a balcony. There is a small study area between the room and balcony furnished with a desk and a chair.

- You will find supermarkets and shops within walking distance.
