Rooms are available to rent in this modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Carrer del Marí Blas de Lezo. The 85 m² apartment is bright and airy, and has new and contemporary fittings and furnishings throughout. There is a large, open plan living room / kitchen / dining area, and each of the bedrooms are bright and have plenty of space.

The apartment is located on a busy main road, with great transport connections nearby. Both the beach, and the Polytechnic University of Valencia are within walking distance, and the local area is full of useful amenities. For a community feel and excellent fresh fruit, vegetables, and seafood, head to the nearby Mercat Municipal del Cabanyal. Or for simple convenience, use the Charter supermarket, about a minute's walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is airy and bright, and has AC, ideal for Valencia's warm-all-year-round climate.
  • With 2 full bathrooms between the 3 bedrooms you won't be queuing for the shower in the morning.
  • Everything in the apartment is modern and finished to a high standard.
  • The location is ideal for students, just a 10-minute walk to the main campus of Universitat Politècnica de València.
  • You can walk to the beach in less than 15 minutes. Say no more!
