Fully-furnished rooms are available for rent in a 4-bedroom apartment in Camins al Grau, Valencia. The living room has two sofas and a coffee table, as well as a large window which lets in lots of natural light and fresh air. There is also a dining table which can seat up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both an oven and a microwave, and the kitchen provides access to a balcony, as does the living room. Smoking is allowed on both balconies, although not in the house.

The local area has plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes, as well as several supermarkets nearby. Parc Gulliver Theme Park is a 15 minute walk from the property, and there are a few plazas around too. Just a bit further in either direction you can also take a nice stroll to the beach and city center.

What we liked the most

  • Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
  • Visits are allowed, as long as guests don't stay overnight.
  • You are a 20-minute walk to the beach and city center!

Things to keep in mind

The owner provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments.

Tenants are responsible for the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings.

(Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 20€, this is divided by the number of tenants).

CHECKIN HOURS : Mon - Friday 10:30am - 18:00pm

We do NOT do checkins on weekends, in the case of needing it, this will have an extra cost of 50€ and is subject to staff availability.

The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport
    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
