Una excelente ubicación en el centro de Valencia a escasos pasos de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento, de la estación del Norte y de la calle Colón. Se trata de la mejor zona de la ciudad con todos los servicios y una gran oferta multicultural de bares y restaurantes, bancos, supermercados y tiendas. Aunque la ubicación sea céntrica y se pueda ir a pie a todas partes, hay diferentes conexiones de autobús, la parada de metro más cercana es la de Xàtiva. El edificio cuenta con varios pisos de siete habitaciones. Disponemos de viviendas enfocadas a estudiantes y también de otras para jóvenes profesionales. Las viviendas están decoradas y cuidadas al mínimo detalle para que te sientas como en casa y con instalaciones de primera. Además, la vivienda tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, así como, con lavadora y plancha. También tiene dos baños completos totalmente equipados y para compartir. Las habitaciones privadas son amplias, luminosas. Disponen de escritorio con flexo, armario con perchas, mesita de noche o cómoda, una cama, ventilador de techo y radidador.
