This 140 m², 4-bedroom apartment has cosy rooms available to rent in Valencia's Extramurs district. All the rooms come fully furnished with a single or double bed and storage units. Most of the rooms do not have a desk, but there is a sunny office room with a balcony ideal for studying or working. The living room is a cosy common area with a dining table, L-shaped couch, and a large flat-screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom.

Extramurs is a relaxed, residential neighbourhood located right outside the city centre. On Carrer d'Àngel Guimerà, you are in a great location surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars but also just a short walk away from a metro stop serviced by 5 different lines. When you don't feel like being underground, you also have plenty of buses that stop nearby to get you around town.
