There are rooms for rent in this modern 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a generous 140 m² footprint on Avinguda del Cardenal Benlloch in Camins al Grau. The kitchen has an oven and microwave, as well as plenty of cupboard space and a full-sized refrigerator. Both bathrooms have a toilet, sink and shower.
There is a supermarket just a 5-minute walk around the corner, and there are several other shops and a few restaurants nearby to. The Mercat Central is just over a half-hour walk away as well.

Bedroom 3 is a cozy room with a double bed, standalone wardrobe and desk. This room also has a window to let in natural light, and independent key.
