Estudio individual ubicado en la tercera planta, en piso compartido con cuatro estudiantes. El estudio tiene baño privado, cocina con kitchenette (con nevera y congelador, pero sin fuego), y zona de estudio (escritorio y silla). El estudio se sitúa en el interior del pasillo, tiene dos ventanas (interior y a la parte trasera del edificio). En ese pasillo hay otros dos estudios. Las zonas comunes se comparten con otras cuatro personas y el salón cuenta con: cocina equipada (lavadora, horno, fuego) y zona de TV con sofá. Los suministros (agua y luz, ya que el gas no es necesario) están incluidos hasta cincuenta euros al mes por estudio más la parte proporcional de la zona común. Compartirás las zonas comunes con otros estudiantes universitarios de edades afines. Hay dos zonas comunes que se comparten con todo el edificio (terraza en la azotea y parking para bicicletas en el hall). El empadronamiento solo es posible para estancias de curso completo. No se permiten visitas que pernocten y no se incluyen ropa de cama ni toallas.
