Extras: luggage space, washing machine, drying rack, iron, mirror, shoe cabinet... PLEASE READ: the neighbourhood, though safe, is pretty rough around the edges. Graffiti on some buildings, occasional noise, and "lively" surroundings. A multicultural, popular residential street, often patrolled by the local police. Not a tourist area, not for everyone.
