We have three bedroom in this property: one a double bed, the other two have a single bed. They all have: tall wardrobe, working desk, storage space, ceiling lamp, a window with blinds, a full-length mirror, heating, and air conditioning. They are ideal for students, or professionals seeking longer stays. The shared bathroom is spacious: it includes a walk-in shower, LED mirror, hair dryer, storage units, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen incluides an oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. There's also a nice balcony and a cozy living room with a leather sofa and a big smart TV. Other extras: dining table, Gb Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron etc..
We keep our rents affordable by locating our studios in non-prime residential areas. So the neighborhood might look rough around the edges: some buildings look old, graffiti is common, and the streets can feel messy and noisy. This is not a polished or touristy district: its a working-class area with an authentic urban vibe. That said, its safe and well patrolled. If you're looking for luxury surroundings, this isn't the place. If you value more being a couple of minutes away from the beach, affordability, and amenities, these newly reformed rooms are a solid choice.
