Since the apartment is on the 4th floor, there is a lot of natural light coming in through the windows from all sides.
The apartment is located in a very central and touristy area. The must visits are: Jardí del Túria which is located only 10 minutes away, by foot. The beautiful architectural landmark of Valencia: the aquatic center, is also located only 10 minutes away. Here, you can find museums, an aquatic center with collection of fish from Mediterranean sea and a beautiful restaurant. The apartment is also close to University of Valencia, as it is located only 25 minutes away, by bus and 10 minutes, by car.
