The apartment is located in Rascanya. This tranquil area is predominantly residential, but that doesn't mean you'll be bored! The Estadio Ciudad de Valencia (home to football club Levante UD) and the Arena Multiespacio shopping mall are nearby. And, the area is well connected by public transport - both the city center and the beach are only a short tram/ Metro ride away.
