This is a 2nd floor, 5-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Duc de Gaeta, Valencia. It's simple, classic, fully equipped, ready and waiting.

It is perfect for students. The location has multiple direct public transport links to the Universitat de València. If you want though, you can even walk it in under 25 minutes. Seriously, it's that easy.
