This is a 2nd floor, 5-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Duc de Gaeta, Valencia. It's simple, classic, fully equipped, ready and waiting.

It is perfect for students. The location has multiple direct public transport links to the Universitat de València. If you want though, you can even walk it in under 25 minutes. Seriously, it's that easy.

What we liked the most

  • Strolling to University in the morning with little hassle.
  • Socialising with housemates in all the local bars and restaurants.
  • Kicking back and enjoying your own space in the bright bedrooms.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is not much common space in the property.
  • The property only has 1 bathroom.
