Metro líneas una y dos parada Campanar-La Fe. Bus líneas: Sesenta y dos, sesenta y cuatro, noventa y dos, noventa y cuatro, noventa y nueve. Nocturno todas. El edificio es residencial de dos viviendas por planta. Habitado principalmente por familias de edad avanzada. Por ello no se permiten fiestas ni reuniones en el piso. Es un buen lugar para vivir tranquilo/a, poder estudiar y bien comunicado con playas y toda la capital.
