  • AC is installed in the living room - this is very necessary for summer.
  • There is a long balcony that is accessible via the living room.
  • The local area is lively and well connected to the rest of the city.

Things to keep in mind

  • The living room is the only room that has an AC unit.
  • The apartment does not have heating, but Valencia has a very warm climate. You can use electric or butane heating if you want.
