We have four rooms available for rent in a beautifully decorated apartment on Carrer d'Àngel Guimerà in the residential district Extramurs. This exterior all female apartment is located on the 5th floor and has a total area of 98m2. All four luminous rooms come fully furnished and the apartment also features a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Future tenants will be located just a few feet away from the metro station that will take you all around Valencia and you will also have several bus stations available nearby where you can reach the city centre. The rent comes included with all bills and we can guarantee you will have a stress-free stay. You can find several bars, restaurants and clubs in the area where you can experience the best Valencian cuisine - and don't forget to try paella!
