Future tenants will be located just a few feet away from the metro station that will take you all around Valencia and you will also have several bus stations available nearby where you can reach the city centre. The rent comes included with all bills and we can guarantee you will have a stress-free stay. You can find several bars, restaurants and clubs in the area where you can experience the best Valencian cuisine - and don't forget to try paella!
This apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on the individual racks inside the apartment or on the balcony. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 months) and the maximum lease is 360 days (12 months). Usage of utilities is included up to 50 euros per month. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property.
Àngel Guimerà metro station is located just down the street and you can reach any station available in Valencia. There are several bus stations available in the area that will take you into the Valencia city centre and you also have the amazing benefit of having several night buses nearby.

Extramurs is a largely residential district with about 6% of the city’s population residing in this area. The majority of the buildings were constructed between 1900 and 1960 and the La Finca Roja, built between 1929 and 1934 by Enrique Videma as middle-class housing for factory workers, is found in this district. In addition to the residential character of the neighborhood and its proximity to the Ciutat Vella (and El Carmen), the neighborhood itself also has places of interest: the Torres de Quart, the Jardi Botànic de la Universitat de València, and the Estació del Nord train station.
