Rent includes Wi-Fi and a convenient cleaning service of both private rooms and common areas. Valencia's old town is three kilometres from the apartment, and in the area you will find two of the city's main attractions: the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and the Oceanogràfic. Shopping mall El Saler, offering a large supermarket and a cinema complex, is 20 minutes away. The apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 130 sqm.
