Se encuentra en un Coliving bajo-vivienda con otros nueve estudios. El estudio dispone de cocina office sin congelador dentro, pero sí fuera en la zona común. El baño es privado también. Además, hay aire acondicionado frío-calor. Es importante recordar que las únicas zonas comunes compartidas aquí son: cocina-salón zona común, cuarto de lavandería (servicio gratis) y terraza interior.
El estudio dispone de mobiliario y electrodomésticos, menaje y utensilios de cocina. La ropa de cama y toallas no están incluidas, pero ofrecemos un set completo (tarifa extra).
Es posible empadronarse cuando se trata de una estancia para el curso académico, pero esto conlleva un coste administrativo extra. También tiene una tarifa extra realizar el check-in en fines de semana y festivos (siempre y cuando sea posible). Consúltanos llegado el momento.

- We will ask to justify the stay in Valencia (contract, enrollment in training studies, etc.).
- Check in on weekdays from Monday to Friday during office hours. Any check-in or check-out outside office hours or on weekends will have a fee of 40€.
- No parties, smoking or drinking are allowed.
- Empadronamiento is not allowed unless is for academic reasons.
