Se encuentra en un Coliving en planta baja, con otros nueve estudios. El estudio dispone de cocina office sin congelador dentro, pero sí fuera en la zona común. El baño es privado también. Además, hay aire acondicionado frío-calor. Es importante recordar que las únicas zonas comunes compartidas aquí son: cocina-salón zona común, cuarto de lavandería (servicio gratis) y terraza interior.
El estudio dispone de mobiliario y electrodomésticos, así como menaje básico (vajilla, cubiertos y vasos). La ropa de cama no está incluida, pero ofrecemos un set con sábanas y edredón (tarifa extra opcional).
Es posible empadronarse cuando se trata de una estancia para el curso académico, pero esto conlleva un coste administrativo extra. También tiene una tarifa extra realizar el check-in en fines de semana y festivos (siempre y cuando sea posible). Consúltanos antes de comprar tu billete de avión o de tren.
