El estudio se encuentra en la zona de la entrada al Coliving. Tiene cocina office (microondas, mini nevera, vitro de dos fuegos) y baño privado para disponer de toda la privacidad que necesites. Solo se comparte: salón, cuarto de lavandería y terraza interior. Hemos añadido un congelador extra y también se dispone del congelador de la nevera de la cocina compartida. Aquí se alojan jóvenes profesionales y estudiantes. El barrio es tranquilo y hay comercios muy cerca: desde farmacias, a bazares, papelerías, cafeterías, gimnasios... Jardines de Viveros está a muy pocos metros, así como la parada de Metro de Benimaclet.

The bathroom has a shower with screen. Included in the price: furniture, electrical appliances, kitchenware, utensils, bed linen and towels (the latter only available free of charge in summer, for academic stays it costs 80€ for the complete set).
