Se encuentra en una planta baja con otros cuatro estudios independientes. El estudio dispone de cocina office (sin congelador) y baño dentro del mismo
El estudio cuenta con: dos camas, dos escritorios, armarios y menaje básico (vajilla, cubertería y vasos). Además de AACC frío-calor. Es importante recordar que las únicas zonas comunes compartidas aquí son: hall, cuarto de lavandería y terraza interior. Los suministros están incluidos hasta una cantidad límite (por estudio + parte proporcional de las zonas comunes)
Está recomendado a profesionales adultos: nómadas digitales, freelancers, trabajadores recolocados, etc. No se admiten estudiantes universitarios.
Por último, indicar que no es posible empadronarse ni alojarse con mascotas. El check-in fuera de horario o fines de semana está sujeto a disponibilidad y a una tarifa extra.
