Se encuentra en un bajo-vivienda con otros cuatro estudios independientes. El estudio dispone de cocina office (sin congelador) y baño dentro del mismo, por lo que no se comparte con ninguna otra persona.
El estudio cuenta con: dos camas que pueden juntarse, dos escritorios, armarios, menaje de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas. Además de AACC frío-calor. Es importante recordar que las únicas zonas comunes compartidas aquí son: hall, cuarto de lavandería y terraza interior. Los suministros están incluidos hasta una cantidad límite (por estudio + parte proporcional de las zonas comunes).
El alojamiento está cerca del Estadio de Mestalla, de la parada de metro Aragón, y de supermercados y farmacias. Es fácil recorrer Valencia en transporte público, bicicleta o incluso a pie para ir al centro de la ciudad.
Está recomendado a profesionales adultos: nómadas digitales, freelancers, trabajadores recolocados, etc.
Por último, indicar que no es posible empadronarse ni alojarse con mascotas. El check-in fuera de horario o fines de semana está sujeto a disponibilidad y a una tarifa extra.
