Appartamento con 2 ampie camere da letto, con bagno privato interno. Le due camere sono silenziose; le camere sono ampie (25 mq). Una delle camere include anche un piccolo balcone. Entrambi i bagni sono nuovi e moderni. Contiene una cucina completamente attrezzata (frigo, lavastoviglie, bollitore, posate e utensili da cucina essenziali). No lavatrice. C'è anche una zona salotto con divano. Secondo piano con ascensore. L'appartamento è situato nel centro storico di Verona e quindi le auto sono consentite solo fino a 2 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento (via Dogana / Stradone San Fermo). Il parcheggio può essere organizzato su richiesta e a pagamento (circa 10 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento).

Apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are quiet and large (25 sqm). One of the rooms also includes a small balcony. Both bathrooms are new and modern. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, kettle, cutlery, and essential cooking utensils). No washing machine. There is also a living area with a sofa. Located on the second floor with an elevator. The apartment is situated in the historic center of Verona, so cars are allowed only up to a 2-minute walk from the apartment (via Dogana / Stradone San Fermo). Parking can be arranged upon request for a fee (about a 10-minute walk from the apartment).
