Newly renovated apartment furnished with modern quality furniture, ideal for three students. Located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, the apartment consists in fact of 3 spacious single bedrooms, all with access to the balconies of the house; an eat-in kitchen complete with the main appliances (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob), direct access to the balcony, table with 4 chairs and a closet perfect as a pantry, a windowed bathroom complete with shower, toilet and washer-dryer, garage (upon request for €50/month) and sheltered bike space. Interior design choices are crucial for improving the quality of life, which is why it was decided to pay particular attention to selected, high-quality furnishings and new fixtures; the intent is to create a refined environment with high living comfort. The estimated expenses refer to a virtuous consumption profile.

A room of over 16 square meters tastefully furnished for those who want to spend their university years without giving up. The double bed with an orthopedic mattress is not only very comfortable but also particularly beautiful. The spacious desk won't make you miss the library when you have to go home alone! The wardrobe is really large, the bedside table next to the bed in addition to its captivating design is also really functional and last but not least the Pedrali chair to study comfortably without giving up the pleasure of sight.

- Booking and Check In procedure
- As soon as the booking request is accepted, you will receive a link to collect all your data to compile your preliminary contract
- Preliminary contract summarizes all rent and payment conditions. (Payment is divided into three moments):
- Payment with Spotahome
- Deposit payment due at signing preliminary contract
- Balance payment due before key delivery
- You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt
- In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment
- The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract
