Very convenient apartment to reach the university area of Veronetta on foot; the accommodation is in fact located in the quiet residential area of Via Santa Chiara, a few steps from the Adige River. It consists of 3 single rooms, two of which have a balcony, one fully equipped kitchen, abathroomwith window and shower, a closetand a large18m2 terrace, ideal for studying outdoors and sunbathing. The house does not have a car park, but you can request a parking pass from the Town Hall to park in the designated blue spaces in the adjacent streets. A bicycle space is available to tenants in the meter area of the building.

This minimal-style single room with balcony is ideal for those students looking for a comfortable and functional solution in an area close to the university district.
