Apartment is in perfect conditions and looks amazing. The property is on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator.

3 complete bathrooms: each of them include shower, sink and toilet, guaranteeing that their will always be at least one bathroom will be available.

Kitchen: huge fully equipped kitchen with two big fridge-freezers, two dishwashers, utensils, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, waffle maker, blender, bowls, glasses etc. Each tenant has at least one big indiviudal shelf to keep food products in kitchen cupboard and one individual shelf in the fridge.

Bedrooms: each bedroom is fully furnished with single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf, lamp, black-out curtains, bed linen

    • Always respect the peace and the order of the property.
    • There is strict no party rule in the apartment (if want to have some fun, the apartment is near Rynek - Market Square, the heart of student night life.
    • Smoking in the apartment and in the building/stairway is strictly forbidden.
    • There is schedule of 5 chores, each tenant will be told when and what are their responsibilities. Three people are responsible for one chore at the same time, in order to make it easier to keep the apartment clean at all time on top of the weekly cleaning service available.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
