- This is huge apartment. There are nine rooms.
- The apartment is adapted to ten people, who can live in comfortable conditions:
- Three bathrooms: one complete bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), a shower with washbasin and an extra toilet with washbasin. It guarantees always at least one bathroom will be available (comfortable use of the bathrooms as the tenants confirm)
- Kitchen: two fridge-freezers; two dishwashers (You always can load to another dishwasher instead of putting dishes into a sink); Plenty of place so everyone can hold their belongings on their shelves; Utensils, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, all openers, bowls, glasses etc. (all in the right quantities + general rule as tenants think that there is not enough, I buy more.)
- There are: washing machine, electric clothes dryer and standard dryer, ironing board and iron.
- Cleaning: As part of the media fee, every week you receive cleanining service of all common parts. Due to keeping the apartment clean is easier for tenants.
- Rooms are fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, desk with three drawers (instead tables you can see at pictures of our rooms), chair, bookshelf, dresser, night table, desk lamp. You will receive also bedlinen from us.
