As we only do seasonal rental from 6 to 12 months we need a document from all the tenants to prove a temporary stay such as an academic acceptance letter , fixed-term contract or visa

    • Check-in/out hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 18:30
    • Cleaning fee to pay: max 150 €
    • Before check in pay the deposit (2 Month deposit + charge on the deposit max 200 € for charges)
    • Pay the utilities for the 1st Month before check in
    • For the Coliving House Casa Drac, bills are included and there is a 1 Month deposit, the cleaning fee is 100 €
