This studio apartment is to rent on Flensburger Str. The property is on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator and includes a balcony overlooking a garden.
Centrally located but in a very green and quiet neighborhood, this furnished studio has been renovated in August 2019.
A new kitchen has been installed in September 2022 (with new appliances). NB: The photos and video show the old kitchen.
The area is adjacent to the Tiergarten which is a paradise for joggers.
Supermarket, cafes, restaurants are close by.
Please note that your booking requests have to be sent for a check-in on the first day of a month and check-out the last day of a month (monthly contract) with a six month minimum period.
Important:
- This property includes an independent kitchen, but it doesn't include an independent living room. However, you will find a sofa and a dining table in the bedroom.
