The Studio, located on the fifth floor, has its own balcony. It is allowed to smoke on the balcony (only). Internet connection is included at a speed of one hundred MB. This is the perfect place for the start of a new life in Berlin!
This studio was completely renovated last year with a new Kitchen, new floor in the living room, repainted and a complete new bathroom with a bathtub.
The price includes a monthly "light" cleaning of two hours.
We ask you to keep the flat clean. The cleaning fee at check-out can be waived if the flat is given back spotless clean or you can make your own arrangement with a cleaning company.

Centrally located in Schöneberg, near KaDeWe dept store. Nollendorfplatz is a few steps away. One metro stop from Zoologischer Garten station and easy to reach Warschauer Straße directly by U-Bahn.
This furnished studio has been fully renovated in May 2022 (including kitchen and appliances). NB: The photos and video show the studio before renovation.
The Tiergarten is 10 minutes walk away.
Lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shopping venues are close by.
Internet connection is included with the provider 1&1.
Please note that your booking requests have to be sent for a check-in on the first day of a month and check-out the last day of a month (monthly contract) with a six month minimum period.
