Centrally located but in a very green and quiet neighborhood, this furnished studio has been completely renovated in August 2022.
Separate kitchen (with new appliances) and bathroom have been installed in August 2022. The living room features a Samsung Serif smart TV purchased at the same time.
The area is adjacent to the Tiergarten which is a paradise for joggers.
Supermarket, cafes, restaurants are close by.
A direct Bus links you to Ikea (in case you need anything else).
Please note that your booking requests have to be sent for a check-in on the first day of a month and check-out the last day of a month (monthly contract) with a six month minimum period.
