What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a very comfortable layout with an entrance hall and open-layout kitchen and living room.
  • The apartment has large windows that let in plenty of natural light and keep the space fresh.
  • There is extra storage space in the hallway closet.
  • The bright living room is furnished with a love seat couch, arm chair, coffee table dining table for 4, and large flat-screen TV.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, a lot of cabinet space.
  • The apartment is very well-connected to the rest of the city and you have a tram and bus stop right outside your door.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building does not come equipped with an elevator, but the apartment is worth the extra exercise.
  • The washing machine and dryer are located in a common laundry room to be shared with other tenants in the building.
