This 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment for rent offers a very spacious and sun-filled home in the heart of Ixelles. The apartment has elegant wood and tile flooring, large windows, and stylish decor. There is an open-layout kitchen and living room – perfect for entertaining guests! The bedroom is quite spacious and also comes with large floor-length windows. The bathroom comes with a nicely-tiled shower.
The apartment is located in the multicultural and lively neighborhood of Ixelles. You are surrounded by plenty of bars, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you love to try new and exotic foods, you'll always have some type of international cuisine to choose from here. You are very well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and tram.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a very comfortable layout with an entrance hall and open-layout kitchen and living room.
- The apartment has large windows that let in plenty of natural light and keep the space fresh.
- There is extra storage space in the hallway closet.
- The bright living room is furnished with a love seat couch, arm chair, coffee table dining table for 4, and large flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, a lot of cabinet space.
- The apartment is very well-connected to the rest of the city and you have a tram and bus stop right outside your door.
Things to keep in mind
- The building does not come equipped with an elevator, but the apartment is worth the extra exercise.
- The washing machine and dryer are located in a common laundry room to be shared with other tenants in the building.
