There is one shared bathroom, a laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The open plan living and kitchen area features a dining table and chairs and is a feature of the apartment. The rooms are spacious and very tidy, with windows that let in plenty of natural light. As the apartment is part of a family home, the landlord is looking for quiet and respectful tenants.
Woluwe-Saint-Pierre is a quiet, picturesque neighbourhood, and well connected to the rest of the city with public transport.
