A 30 m² studio apartment is available to rent in Brussels's popular Ixelles neighbourhood. This apartment is situated in a shared house, but the studio is independent from the rest of the property. The studio itself is modern and spacious inside, with a partially equipped kitchen, a very large living room, and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment is technically a 'studio' but the bedroom has folding doors, and through the bedroom you can access the spacious balcony.

This apartment is situated in a charming, historic building on Rue du Trone. The local area is characterised by pretty, classic architecture, and there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby for your entertainment. This property is in a convenient location, you will be living near the European Quarter and Brussels-Luxembourg train station.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is very spacious, comfortable and stylish.
  • The bathroom has a vintage-style bathtub; very elegant!
  • There is a large balcony which you can access through the bedroom.
  • The bedroom can be separated from the main room with folding doors for extra privacy.
  • You will be living near the European Quarter and Brussels-Luxembourg train station.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
