We offer for rent a fourty-six sqm furnished one bedroom apartment on the first floor of an old building located on a quiet street close to Kodaly korond. The apartment consists of a large living room with an American kitchen, a smaller bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment is ideal for one person or for two people that get along very well. The windows of the rooms face the street. Besides the furniture, the apartment comes with an electric stove and oven, a washing machine and a fridge. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler and heating is provided by a condensing gas boiler. Both the apartment and the building facade are in good condition. The apartment is in a central location: Hunyadi market is about three minutes walking, closest Metro (yellow line) stops are four minutes away, different trolley bus stops are about five minutes away, Oktogon is six minutes, the City Park is ten minutes away on foot, but actually it is best to ride a bicycle in this neighborhood.
