FULLY EQUIPPED, JUST MOVE IN AND RELAX! I can only recommend the apartment to those who like the city center. Sports, entertainment, culture and shopping opportunities are within reach. The apartment is located in a newly built house, in Corvin Promenade, which has won several architectural awards (International Property Award...) The apartment is fully equipped. It is especially ideal for foreign workers. They can move in and they can already live their usual everyday life. Orderly people preferred! What we guarantee: - nice view of the inner garden from the balcony of the apartment - fully furnished and equipped apartment (air conditioning, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, glasses, bed linen, towels...), - you can to move into the apartment and everything is available, - bright, cozy apartment with individual meters, - good public transport, metro, trams, - good sports and entertainment opportunities, - we try to support the tenant to feel comfortable and satisfied. Ideally, it can be rented for a year. You can pay in one lump sum that includes all utilities and common costs, or you can pay exactly based on usage. I can give you an invoice.
