I can recommend the apartment to those who like peace, nature and the proximity of the river, while the sports and entertainment opportunities of the big city are within reach.
The apartment is fully equipped. It is especially ideal for foreign workers. They can move in and they can already live their usual everyday life.
What we guarantee:

- you can to move into the apartment and everything is available,
- north-facing, bright, cozy apartment equipped with unique meters,

- The city center (Deak Ferenc ter) is ten minutes away by subway,
- good sports and entertainment opportunities.
There is an annual settlement based on consumption.

Ideally, it can be rented for one year. A two month deposit is required.
If necessary, it is also possible for a SHORTER RENTAL PERIOD WITH HIGHER RENTAL FEES, which is subject to individual agreement.
FOR A SHORT RENTAL PERIOD OF ONE MONTH, THE FEE IS AN ADDITIONAL THREE HUNDRED EUROS, WHICH INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES.
