What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The studio apartment has the bed on the loft area, under you have a small living room with sofa. It has a separated kitchen, and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The extra costs are fix hundred and twenty euros with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities. We provide sheets and towels.
The security deposit is two months rental fee. The flat is available for one student.
We rent for six or twelve month periods from August (August-January/July), and six months period from February-July. The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.
