The apartment has three rooms, one bathroom with tub, and toilet, a big shared living room with kitchen. Room number one has a private bathroom.
The extra costs are usually around seventy to a hundred euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities.
We provide sheets and towels.
We rent for six or twelve month periods from August (August-January/July), and six months period from February-July. The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.
