What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has four rooms, one bathroom with tub, plus one separated toilet. The extra costs are fixed hundred and five euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities. We provide sheets and towels.
IMPORTANT: the big grey room (room number two) has the entrance through the shared bathroom!
The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.
The flat is located in the famous sixth district of Budapest, it is close to cafes, bars, restaurants. Public transport like metro line three, trams and buses are all a few mins by feet from the flat. We organize the cleaning and maintenance, and help you during your stay.
We rent for the following rental periods:
August-January, August-June/July, February-June/July
