What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has four rooms, one bathroom with tub, plus one separated toilet. The extra costs are fixed ninety euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities. We provide sheets and towels.
We rent for six or twelve month periods from August (August-January/July), and six months period from February-July. The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.
